You can’t imagine my excitement when I found this at whole foods

I don’t think I could handle it. Austin is not just an inspiration to me, he saved my life. I was about to attempt suicide again after just coming out of the hospital for a prior attempt & I knew for a fact that the attempt I had planned would’ve been successful. My iPod was playing in the background as I wrote a note to my parents & family. Second and Sebring came on. The moment I heard it, I started crying. I dropped my pen & just sat there, listening, letting the words soak in. I cried because I thought about all that Austin has gone through in his life, and how beautiful of a person he is. I realized that I needed to live if not for me, for those around me that love me. Austin lost his mom, someone so dear to him, when he was just 17 years old. She died of a heart condition, as it says in the photo above. I realized I couldn’t take myself away from this world because someone out there is fighting to survive something even worse than what I am going through & they don’t always get a choice to live. I had the choice and I made it.
Thank you so much, Austin. I hope one day I finally get to meet you & tell you all of this. I hope that, maybe, you’ll see this too.

i want fitness and definition, not skinny


Oatmeal water can lower your colesterol and helps unabling absorption of extra sugars.
The best thing about oatmeal which makes it a great “fat burning” food is the presence of insoluble and soluble fiber. Any food rich in soluble fiber will aid in fat reduction because of its tendency to bind, and discard, the cholesterol producing substances in the stomach, plus it slows down sugar absorption. What to do? a little tip :)
Before going to bed, take a glass of water and add 2 or 3 tablespoons of rolled oats and let sit overnight. Drink it first thing in the morning, preferably over half an our before breakfast. If you want to make it taste better, add a bit of cinnamon and/or splenda.
Enjoy the lesser amounts of sugar in your body and eventually the benefits in your weight loss goals! :)
